It is provided in accordance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act and other applicable law.
No attorney-client relationship
Contacting us through this Site, by email, by text, or by phone does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after we agree to represent you and a written agreement is signed. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information until we have confirmed that we represent you.

Information you provide. When you submit a consultation request, a referral, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you choose to share, which may include:

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and collects information such as your device type, approximate location, and the pages you visit. We use this information in aggregate to improve the Site. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
